I just wanted to say thank you for such a great course.  It ran smoothly from start to finish.  Your recipe cards were so easy to follow and the added bonus of a video for each recipe was great.  It meant that I felt confident that they could get on with it independently while I could mostly just supervise and rarely had to make suggestions.  He didn't find the multitasking too easy to begin with but he got better as the course went on!  I'm certain he will keep up the cooking and baking, probably not weekly but hopefully fairly regularly!
